1. HMP Studio reserves the right to use any images for display, publication or other purposes. All photos and videos remain the exclusive property and copyright of HMP Studio.

2. The client understands that the quantity of photographs and videos taken at the event may vary significantly. Photography and videography are forms of art that are inherently subject to the creativity and artistic style of the photographer and videographer. The client acknowledges that they have chosen HMP Studio for its unique photographic and cinematic style and will grant the photographer and videographer the freedom to exercise their creativity in order to produce the best possible visuals. The client understands that they may not demand a refund or a redo based on differences in artistic preferences regarding the final images or video.

3. A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure wedding dates. The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the actual day/event/session.

4. In the event of any postponement, cancellation, injury, damage, accident or death, the booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. All booking slots are on first come first serve basis.

6. We only accept cash, PayNow, or bank transfer as payment methods for all bookings and related transactions.
HMP Studio reserves the right to ammend any information at any time, including rates policies and product offerings, without prior notice.
FAQ
1. How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking our photography and videography services as early as possible, especially if your wedding date falls during the peak season (typically from June to December). Ideally, couples book us 8 to 12 months in advance to secure their preferred date.
2. What is your style of photography and videography?
Our style of photography and videography is a blend of candid storytelling and artistic creativity. We focus on capturing genuine moments and emotions as they naturally unfold, ensuring that your photos and videos reflect the true essence of your wedding day.
3. What are your payment terms for booking?
Our payment terms are designed to be straightforward and fair:

Booking Deposit: To secure our services for your wedding day, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This ensures that your date and package is reserved exclusively for you.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by the end of your event date.
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and Paynow.. Once the final payment is received, we’ll proceed with the post-production process to deliver your photos and videos within the agreed timeframe.
4. How many photographers/videographers will be present on the wedding day?
The number of photographers and videographers depends on your package selection. Typically, at least one photographer and one videographer for full coverage of your event, ensuring that no moment is missed.
5. How long will it take to receive our photos and videos?
Our standard delivery time is 12 weeks after your wedding day. This allows us ample time to carefully edit and curate your photos and videos, ensuring the highest quality.
6. Do you provide raw or unedited photos and videos?
We do not provide raw or unedited photos and videos as part of our standard service. Our commitment is to deliver a polished, professional product that meets our high standards of quality. Raw files are unfinished and do not reflect the final vision we have for your wedding day.
7. Is the booking deposit refundable if we need to cancel or if an accident occurs?
All booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, termination of services or accident. This policy helps cover the time and resources we allocate to preparing for your wedding day, including securing your date and turning away other potential clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so if you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. However, please note that the deposit will be transferred to the new date rather than refunded.
